We offer destinations in various countries, including popular cities and hidden gems. The most popular trip for 1st time tour travelers is the Portugal Tour to Porto and Lisbon. Portugal offers shorter flight schedules, popular cities, beach activities, and a higher percentage of interest from professional teams. 

All of our trips will feature 4 games against local professional basketball teams. The staff at Eurobasket has been a part of each international basketball league since 1997 allowing the best pairings for basketball competition. 

All games will be filmed and available for players to showcase their abilities to friends, family, professional coaches, and agents. 

Yes. Even though signing professionally is not the main objective of the trip, over 200 players in 11 years of Eurobasket Tour have signed professionally. 

The basketball schedule organizer of the Eurobasket Tours, Dustin Simcox, is also a FIBA Certified Agent and can promote the players coming on the trip to local professional teams in your final destination. 

This feature is the biggest difference between the Eurobasket Tours and a tour group that acts solely as a travel agent. 

All Eurobasket Tours include roundtrip airfare, hotel accomodations, ground transportation, tourist / group activities and sightseeing, and basketball activities. Breakfast is also included as part of the hotel accomodation.

Individual souvenirs and gifts, transportation to sites outside the group trip (bars, nightclubs, etc), travel insurance, baggage, and any travel changes initiated by the traveler are not included.

Lunch and Dinner is also not included in the price so each traveler can enjoy their own culinary choices while on the trip. 

The destinations we travel to do not require visas for American and Canadian citizens. For citizens of other countries we can assist in the process of obtaining a visa.

All players, family, or friends that are looking to confirm their spots on the trip will require a $1,000 deposit. This payment will be used to purchase your flight tickets. 

Payments can be made via Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Zelle, or Cashapp. Credit Card payments will be subject to local tax requirements. 

All players, family, or friends can choose to pay on a schedule or all at once.

If paying via a schedule a pre-agreed upon amount will be charged each month with the final payment being made on May 1st. 

If paying all at once, the final payment must be made by April 15th. Travelers are able to make partial payments at their own discretion.

Your confirmation number with Eurobasket Tours will be available immediately following the deposit payment.

Our organization will purchase the flights in Mid-February and your airline confirmation number will be provided at the time. 

Yes, travelers looking to utilize travel points, flying benefits, or any other solo travel are welcome to do so. The budgeted flight amount for that trip will be subtracted from the tour price. 

Eurobasket Tours holds no responsibility for travel delays, cancellations, or any other travel disruptions for travelers booking their own travel. 

Eurobasket Tours tries to organize trips from the largest International airport to the group's location. We understand that not all travelers are from the same location, therefore, we will attempt to price match each traveler's location to the Group's starting point.

If prices match then we will start the trip from the closest airport for the traveler. If the prices do not match the group's starting point the option will be given to the traveler to pay the difference to leave from their closest airport. 

No, we do not offer travel insurance with our trip plan. However, companies like Allianz Global Travel offer fairly cheap and reliable plans. 

Cancellations are accepted at any point.

Cancellations taking place before the purchase of flights will receive 70% of their deposits back. 

Cancellations taking place after the purchase of flights will result in a complete loss of the payment deposit (flights are non-refundable).

Travelers may ask Eurobasket Tours to purchase the insurance on the flight to protect their purchase, however, the traveler is responsible for communicating with the insurance agent to receive their refund.

Each hotel will have double occupancy in the rooms. Solo travelers will be paired with another solo traveler. 

Travelers coming in a group of 2 or more will be paired together. Max 3 persons per room. 

Solo travelers may request a solo room that will result in $60 per night additional charge. 

Yes. Travelers are welcome to arrive early or stay later if they choose. Please keep in mind that the ground transportation, hotel, and other amenities on the trip may not be available outside the scheduled tour dates.

Please speak openly to Eurobasket Tours about these plans so plane flights and other accomodations can be discussed. Any additional costs incurred during extra days are the responsibility of the traveler.
